NOVEMBER 2018 WATCHTOWER STUDY
PARAGRAPH 5
Still others took sides with apostates and other opposers who misrepresented our beliefs.
As a result, some deliberately began “drawing away” from Jehovah and the congregation. (Heb. 3:12-14)
Video showing Jehovah's Witnesses talking out both sides of their mouth when it comes to child abuse. First video is of Governing Body member Stephen Lett (one of the JW leaders) on the official JW.org website claiming the child abuse accusations are apostate lies even though the JW organization has been found guilty of not protecting children in multiple trials and have been forced to pay out tens of millions of dollars in damages. The second video comes from PBS News Hour's report on child abuse in the JW organization and features a video of Watchtower Headquarters Supervisor Richard Ashe claiming the responsibility of the JW organization is only to spiritually protect children and that physical protection is the responsibility of the secular authorities.

A question on a side point: What's the scandal in the Rome Bethel?
wannaexit posted this 5 years ago about a Canadian Circuit Overseer moving to Rome about dysfunction in Rome.5 years ago
I heard that three years ago bethel was put under the care of the Seltezr (spel) branch. Germany didin't have success.
This year Brooklyn sent over 3 italian elders and their wifes to set things straight. One is from New York and the other two are Canadians. The committee members have been put aside and these three are running the show.
The blog proclamatore consapevole started out as a group of three who are trying to bring reform from the inside. They feel that the organization has been overrun by burocratic self serving individuals and that the rot reaches the top. However they still believe that this organization is the "truth".
There is a poster here by the name LaFrancia who is involved in the group.

The Watchtower Society always attempts to disprove or discredit valid arguments or statements by criticizing the ability of individuals to think, reason, ask tough questions and make their own decisions! If they can't logically attack the message, they attack the messenger!! The name calling of apostates or anyone who doesn't agree with all the WTBTS flip-flops ( the light gets brighter) never stops! According to the Watchtower Society, apostates ( this article never has any examples) are opposers who misrepresent the WTBTS beliefs.
So, according to this Watchtower study, all Jehovah's Witness members should not question all the pedophile lawsuits, all the closings of Kingdom Halls all over the world, the reduction of printed materials, the scandal in the Rome, Italy Bethel, the selling of New York Watchtower properties( $$$$$ IN THE BILLIONS ), United Nations scandal, Malawi and Mexico scandal, and all its misquotes, deceptions, and lies.

5 Sadly, some today have failed to hold on to the truth. Some were stumbled by an adjusted understanding of a Bible passage or by what a prominent brother said or did. Others were offended by Scriptural counsel they received, or they let go of the truth because of a personality clash with a fellow Christian. Still others took sides with apostates and other opposers who misrepresented our beliefs. As a result, some deliberately began “drawing away” from Jehovah and the congregation. (Heb. 3:12-14) How much better it would have been if they had maintained their faith and kept their confidence in Jesus, as the apostle Peter did! When Jesus asked the apostles if they wanted to leave, Peter immediately replied: “Lord, whom shall we go away to? You have sayings of everlasting life.” —John 6:67-69.

Exodus 17:8-16 New International Version (NIV)
The Amalekites Defeated
8 The Amalekites came and attacked the Israelites at Rephidim. 9 Moses said to Joshua, “Choose some of our men and go out to fight the Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hands.”
10 So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur went to the top of the hill. 11 As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. 12 When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up—one on one side, one on the other—so that his hands remained steady till sunset. 13 So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword.
14 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven.”
15 Moses built an altar and called it The Lord is my Banner. 16 He said, “Because hands were lifted up against[a] the throne of the Lord,[b] the Lord will be at war against the Amalekites from generation to generation.”So, if I read this right.....God with all his power and knowledge uses a tired and old man, Moses. All he needs to do is hold a staff high enough and long enough, the Israelites will defeat the Amalekites.
Moses is so tired his hands lower. The Amalekites now are killing and defeating the Israelites. It goes back and forth until Aaron and Hur devise a plan to prop him up so they don't lose the battle.
Why didn't God just give Moses more power in his hands and they wouldn't have lost some men in the battle? What was God thinking? Didn't God have a better plan?
WHAT A SILLY STORY!

The WT policy on child abuse is so bad hat it is guilty of protecting sex offenders.
I'm sure a case could be made of obstructing the course of justice, too.

Here is a stupid made up joke I heard one time from a Jehovah's Witness brother.
A man asks a Jehovah's Witness...Why are Jehovah's Witnesses so square?
Jehovah's Witness replies...We Jehovah's Witnesses may be square but when Armageddon comes.... at least we'll be A-ROUND.

Jehovah's Witnesses adhering to a commercialized lying and corrupt false prophet the Watchtower Corporation
by Finkelstein inafter doing some critical research upon the watchtower corporation and its activity as a religious publishing house one can clearly see this is a commercialized false prophet run by sinning apostate men.. so the question remains why are people adhering and supporting this organization thinking they are going to gain salvation come judgment day by jesus ?.
jesus laid out instructions in how to identify false prophets, maybe he should have elaborated and said something about false prophets who would sell his gospel for profit.
this relates to more than the men who ran the wts.

Religious charlatans have been doing this by publishing literature and selling them to the public going right back to the 1800's, disregarding Jesus's own instructions for preaching his gospel in the process.

“You Received Free, Give Free''
Watchtower 2003 8/1 pages 20-22
By way of contrast, Jehovah’s Witnesses endeavor to imitate Jesus and his early disciples. They have no paid clergy. Each Witness is a minister charged with the responsibility of preaching the “good news of the kingdom” to others. (Matthew 24:14) Over six million of them worldwide are therefore engaged in bringing “life’s water” free to the people. (Revelation 22:17) In this way, even those who “have no money” can benefit from the Bible’s message. (Isaiah 55:1) Although their worldwide work is funded by voluntary donations, they never solicit money. As true ministers of God, they are not “peddlers of the word of God,” but they speak “out of sincerity, yes, as sent from God.” —2 Corinthians 2:17.Really? The WTBTS is the biggest ''peddler of the word of God.''
How many books, Watchtower & Awake Magazines subscriptions were either sold to its members or the general public? How many 180-page books were printed? How many times were we reminded in ''Our Ministry School'' to try to place these books 180-page (where the general public would never understand or have no interest in reading?) Were these books collecting dust in a warehouse and needed to be cleared out? Someone had to pay for the printing of these books!
Hypothetically thinking, how would Jesus react or do if he saw his apostles selling his Gospel on the streets to where he preached and traveled about. ?
Today, if Jesus ( if he was real ) would walk into a local Kingdom Hall library and throw all books off the shelf. Most of these books are ''old light'' anyway.
